ROCKVILLE, Md. --- Apatoff | Peters, LLC announced that it has merged with Lori Vaughn Ebersohl, PLLC to form Apatoff | Peters | Ebersohl, LLC.  The merger fills the need for suburban law firms providing full-service legal representation in both Maryland and Virginia.

Lori Vaughn Ebersohl will serve as chair of the firm’s litigation practice and join the firm’s management committee. Adam Apatoff will remain chair of the firm’s Technology and Corporate practices while Craig Peters will continue as Tax and Estate Planning and Administration chair.

Lori Vaughn Ebersohl has over 20 years of experience in commercial litigation matters.  Her cases have involved various issues, including contract, corporate, business tort, franchise, banking, real estate, tax assessments, property, construction, employment, unfair competition, internet and technology issues. She also counsels clients on best practices to minimize litigation risks.
