Rockville, MD. Apatoff | Peters, LLC announced today the addition of two attorneys to its staff of professionals.

Jeff Norris, a graduate of the Washington College of Law of American University and The Johns Hopkins University, joins Apatoff | Peters as an associate.  Mr. Norris, a native of Buffalo, New York, advises clients on corporate formation, and estate planning and administration matters.  He also works extensively on regulatory and licensing issues for financial services firms throughout the United States.

John Frekko, a graduate of Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University joins the firm as an associate having worked in litigation and corporate transactions support positions with several national law firms. Mr. Frekko is a native of Montgomery County, Maryland, having attended The Landon School and Colgate University. Previously, Mr. Frekko worked for the staff of the Republican National Committee.  Mr. Frekko advises clients on corporate and transactional issues, as well as technology licensing matters.
