Apatoff | Peters Advises Canadian Financial Services Firm on First U.S. Acquisition

Rockville, MD. CanAm Credit Company, a diversified financial services firm based in Calgary, Alberta announced today that it had acquired Good Credit Guys, Inc., of San Antonio, Texas.  Good Credit Guys is a provider of credit repair and other consumer financial services.  CanAm acquired Good Credit Guys through a U.S. affiliate, Expo Debt Assistance, Inc.  Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
